I was reading an article earlier to-day, stopped part way through to do something else, and went back for it. When I went back, I didn't see the tab, so I figured I must have finished it and then forgotten. As I thought about it, I realized I did remember the ending of the piece - ok, sure. Except that I hadn't finished it, and it was still open, a little more than half-way scrolled through. I'm not sure what I was "remembering": probably a mishmash of other articles' structures and the conclusions I was drawing as I read. But wow, that was a slightly frightening reminder that you can always work on your reading.
I was surprised at how quickly I was mesmerized by this marketing video.
